FC 25: EA FC 25 TOTW Card Designs Leaked

More major EA FC 25 Ultimate Team leaks are starting to appear on social media ahead of the official release, and the EA FC 25 TOTW (Team of the Week) card designs have been leaked on social media.

EA FC 25 will be the second entry in the EA Sports FC series and will be released worldwide on September 27, 2024. Based on the first look at the content of EA FC 24 around this time last year, EA Sports was expected to start revealing information about EA FC 25 in the near future, but before EA had a chance to announce anything, a lot of information about EA FC 25 has been leaked. Now, the EA FC 25 Ultimate Team TOTW card design has allegedly been exposed, and according to the @Fut_Scoreboard social account, the design seems to have been well received by the UT community. The famous black and gold design has been slightly reimagined for EA FC 25, with some cool 3D artwork in the form of triangles. Like the leaked gold cards, the Ultimate Team cards in EA FC 25 appear to be wider than usual, which could hint at new moving graphics - possibly animated. Animated moving graphics were a very popular feature in the UFL open beta, so EA could be taking a page from its potential rival.

TOTW has been a source of much debate in the UT community, with the promotion being very popular in the first few weeks after release, but quickly becoming outdated after a slew of other promotions were released. In EA FC 24, EA added minimum ratings for TOTW squads and a refresh to try to bring them in line with the power curve, but even then, only a handful of TOTW players were available a few months later.

If EA wants TOTW to continue to be a favorite of the UT community, the promotion needs to get another overhaul before EA FC 25.
