    Attention:
    Please make sure to unbind your Credit Card before you place the order.
    1) Unbind Credit Card on PSN Account
    --- Go to www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/home
    --- Sign in with your PSN Account
    --- Click: Account Management - Account - Billing Information - Delete.
    You will receive "Your Credit Card has been deleted". notification once you unbind it successfully.

    2) Unbind Credit Card on Xbox Live Account
    --- Go to live.xbox.com
    --- Sign in with your Xbox Live Account
    --- Click: My Account - Payment & billing - Manage payment options - Remove

    3) Unbind Credit Card on Origin Account
    --- Go to https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/paymentandshipping/index
    --- Sign in with your Account
    --- Click: My Account - Payment & Shipping - Payment - Delete


  • 14. What should I do when my account locked?

    For Comfort Trade, we will log in your account to transfer the Coins to your account with our Transaction System. Please ensure all information provided is correct.
    An Email will be sent to you when the order is finished. Please check your contact Email in 1-48 hours.

    We will send the new game account name, password and security answer to the email you left on our site automatically, so please check the email inbox or Junk Folder to get our email and confirm you left a valid and correct email address on our site.

    There are following situations may happen to extend the delivery time:
