FIFA 22: Premier League TOTS voting without Chelsea players

The Premier League TOTS for FIFA 22 Ultimate Team (FUT) has been available since Friday evening (April 22)--this does not apply to Chelsea players.
A TOTS voting for the Bundesliga without players from RB Leipzig? Difficult to imagine. The Tottenham attacking duo Harry Kane and Heung-min Son, Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United and the big favorite Mohamed Salah have at least made it into the voting. The Egyptian is the dominant offensive player of the current Premier League season, anything but a TOTS card for him would be a big surprise.
